Riwayat Design Studio ships across India. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5 to 7 business days for most locations across India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier network conditions and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders paid via UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card or NetBanking.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through our courier partner’s website.

We work with reliable and trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders across India.

Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
