At Riwayat Design Studio, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange request.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
• All original tags and labels must be intact and attached.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• The item must not show any signs of use, damage, stains or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price.
• Items that have been used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Items returned without original tags and packaging.

Please share your order number, reason for return and clear photographs of the item. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked courier service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during returns.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer a size or colour exchange (subject to availability) in place of a refund. Exchanges are processed after the returned item has been received and verified.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via WhatsApp (+91 88495 79215) or email (riwayatdesignstudio07@gmail.com) with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the item as per our return policy above.

Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
