Overview

At Riwayat Design Studio, we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which an order may be cancelled and how cancellations are processed.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request a cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 24 hours of placing your order — using one of the following:

• WhatsApp: +91 88495 79215
• Email: riwayatdesignstudio07@gmail.com

Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in your message. Our team will confirm your cancellation request within 1 business day.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item after it has been delivered, you may initiate a return as per our Refund and Returns Policy, provided it is within the 7-day return window and meets the return conditions.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are cancelled before dispatch do not require a refund as no payment has been made at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation by Riwayat Design Studio

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock or unavailable.
• There is an error in the product listing, price or description.
• The order appears to be fraudulent or suspicious.
• Payment verification fails.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued for any prepaid amount within 5 to 7 business days.
